Is my audio data private?
Yes. ChatySpeak was built with a privacy-first mindset. With our Pro Local plan, audio never leaves your device. For Cloud users, we use APIs with zero-data retention policies, meaning your audio is never used for training and is deleted immediately after processing.
Where are my transcripts stored?
We do not store your audio data at all. Transcriptions are only saved locally on your machine if you choose; you can enable Privacy Mode in settings to disable local storage. When stored, they are kept in a local SQLite database, and we never sync your personal history to our servers.
