1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using ChatySpeak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

2. Data Privacy & Local Execution

ChatySpeak is designed as a privacy-first application. In 'Pro Local' mode, all audio processing and transcription occurs on your device. We do not transmit your audio or transcripts to our servers in this mode. In 'Cloud' mode, data is processed via optimized endpoints with zero-data retention policies.

3. Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions if the software does not meet your technical requirements. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use ChatySpeak for any illegal activities, reverse engineer the software, or attempt to bypass license checks. You are responsible for the content you transcribe.

5. Limitation of Liability

ChatySpeak is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any data loss, hardware damage, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.
